BISage provides software solutions both in SaaS and License model depending on the requirement of client.
SaaS Model:
- Software gets enabled in BISage’s hosting eco-system
- Server can be dedicated or shared depending on Client's requirement
- Database can be dedicated or shared depending on client's requirement
- AMC and Support charge included in hosting charge
- BISage will have primary responsibility to maintain the accepted uptime
- Remote Desktop Support (RDC) for normal support and service
- 24x7 dedicated service is available on additional charges
- Primarily targeted to Micro and Small Enterprise
License Model:
- Software gets enabled in client’s eco-system or cloud
- BISage shall provide with technical guidelines before the deployment of Software
- Technical audit shall be conducted at client's hosting environment before activating software license
- BISage is only responsible for development side activities including bug fixing
- Client will have principal responsibility for managing its hosting eco-system
- AMC and support charge is applicable based on series of edition
- Software can be converted from SaaS to license model
- License upgrade and user addition option is available
- Remote Desktop Support (RDC) for dependable support
- 24x7 dedicated service is available on additional charges
