Support & Service

BISage provides support and service in both SaaS and License model. There is two types of support and service; one is normal support which is available during normal business hours and other type of support is round the clock (24x7) which is dedicated and subject to applicable charges. BISage provides with RDC (Remote Desktop Connection) support only. The basic procedure of contacting with BISage system in support related matters is mail communications or any other means of communications as specified by BISage.
